How do I accept a user invite to Znanylekarz?

Find out all information about accepting and managing a new invitation.

If you cannot see the invitation, request a resend. You can drop the message to your manager or doctor using the internal chat and send this information to them.

Signing to your account for the first time

Signing to the account for the first time is a hassle-free process, but it is recommended to follow these steps: 

1. Before accepting the invitation from your mailbox, make sure none of your team members is currently logged in to the calendar. If so, log them out by opening the profile icon and clicking "wyjdz".

2. Open your mailbox and look for the "znany lekarz" invitation. 

3. Create the password using at least one capital letter, one number and one special character. 

4. After few first logins you will start receiving from us tips and guides helping you to work with our calendar more efficiently. That's why it is important to keep using this account.

    I can't see the invitation 

    Very rarely our invitations land in a spam folder or don't get delivered. The best way to deal with it is to ask for the invitation resend. You can drop the message to your manager or doctor using the internal chat and send this information to them.

    I can't set up a password. 

    Your password should contain at least one number, one special character and one capital letter. Passwords provide the first line of defense against unauthorized access to your account and sensitive information. The stronger your password, the more protected your data will be.

    I accepted the invitation, but I can't log in to the calendar. 

    If you or your colleagues are signed in to multiple accounts at the same time, sometimes we can't tell which account you're using. For example, if your manager or teammate is signed in to their accounts and you open a new browser window to accept the invitation, we aren't sure which account you want to use. In cases like these, the acceptation of the invitation might not be successful. 

     

    I'm already a patient of ZnanyLekarz, can I use the same email address for work purposes?

    Of course, you can! In fact, we are very happy you trust our healthcare system. You just have to remember, to differentiate login to the calendar while working using this url docplanner.znanylekarz.pl from login to your patient account znanylekarz.pl. 

     

    Why did I receive a new invitation if I already have my secretary profile? 
    In many cases, reception staff using our system are connected to multiple doctors or clinics. Receiving a new invitation while already having one account isn't equal with creation of a new user profile. By accepting a new invitation, you are gaining access to  the Calendar belonging to a different doctor or clinic. Your current profile stays unchanged. 

    Switching between accounts. 

    If you are managing more than one calendar, you can sign in to multiple calendars at once. You can switch between calendars without signing out and back in again. After login, you will be asked which calendar you want to use first.
