1️⃣ What is the Loyal Patients Award?

The Loyal Patients Award is a sign of Doctoralia’s specialists reliability. We reward specialists to whom their existing patients tend to come back, treating it as a proof of the best quality they provide. We know how important it is for patients to find a specialist that is trustworthy - we help them do it by granting our awards to a specific group of specialists and making it public for patients to let them make their choice easily.



2️⃣ Who can get the award?

The Loyal Patients Award is available for all of the specialists having premium profiles on Doctoralia who provide their patients with the possibility to book online via their Doctoralia profiles. You need to have your calendar fully configured and available for patients to be able to gain your award. 3️⃣ How will earning this award impact my performance on Doctoralia?

The Loyal Patients Award contains of two important factors:

  • The Loyal Patients Badge.
    The badge will become available on your profile. It will be visible to all of the patients entering your Doctoralia profile. It will also be presented on the listings when your profile appears due to a search condition the patient will input.

    The badge is a sign of your quality. It informs your existing and potential new patients that you are trustworthy according to other patients that tend to come back to your office to continue treatments. As this factor seems extremely important for patients searching for a new doctor it may lure more patients to your office. Patients will be more eager to choose your services than other specialists’ whose patient loyalty has not been confirmed and awarded so far. 
  • The visibility of your profile.
    Together with the profile badge your profile will be granted a better visibility on the search listings. In Doctoralia we pay a significant attention to the quality our specialists provide. Our aim is to suggest best specialists to our patients and awarded specialists are one of them.


4️⃣ What conditions should I meet to get the Loyal Patients Award?

There are 2 main areas of conditions you need to meet:

  • You need to have your calendar fully configured and available for patients to be able to gain your award i.e. office address is properly added, your working hours are set-up, you added services patients can book a visit for and your calendar is enabled for patients to book online visits.   • You meet your individual goal for existing patients booking next visits online.
    • The exact goal is individual but the same for all of the specialists with the same main speciality you have set-up. Differences between specialities are connected with very different work specifications. Some specialities tend to have long therapies that are planned in advance and some have single visits planned separately. To be sure we offer equal chances of success for all of our specialists we deeply analysed the tendencies and set-up individual goals for specialities.
    • The goal is always connected with the number of next visits booked by existing patients online. It means that the visit will be counted only if we know that the stated patient has visited you before (the visit was available in your calendar) and the next visit is booked online. Important - patients must book the visit online: through your Doctoralia profile, Widget on your webpage or from links with your availability you can share with patients anytime. 5️⃣ What can I do to make it easier to meet award conditions?

Simply - just make patients book online. We focus on your best work efficiency and take care about the best patient experience. Booking online is beneficial for both of you. 6️⃣ Where can I monitor my progress in gaining the award?

The progress of your award is updated daily on your personal progress page in your profile.

  • Enter your Doctoralia profile
  • Expand the Impulsionar meu perfil section
  • Choose Selo Especial de Fidelidade de pacientes
  • You can enter this section directly using this link.


7️⃣ I gained the award - for how long will it be enabled to my profile?

When you meet all of the conditions your award will be enabled immediately on your profile. It will last until the end of the next month. If during this time, you will meet all of the conditions for the next month again, it will stay on your profile for another month. The same rules apply to all of the future months.

👉 Example

You meet the conditions on 20 May. On 20 May the award will be enabled to your profile and it will last until 30 Jun. If you meet new month conditions (in between 1 Jun - 30 Jun) your award will get extended for the next month (by 31 Jul). Same rules apply for the next months.


8️⃣ I lost the award, how can I get it again?

Don’t worry, as soon as you meet your individual criteria again your award will be restored and, again, it will last by the end of the next month. If you manage to meet next month's conditions, it will be automatically extended for the upcoming month.

👉 Example

During April (1 Apr - 30 Apr) you didn’t collect enough online bookings from your current patients. You lost your award from 1 May. You worked hard and met all of the conditions on 20 May. On 20 May the award will be enabled to your profile and it will last until 30 Jun. If you meet new month conditions (in between 1 Jun - 30 Jun) your award will get extended for the next month (by 31 Jul). If you didn’t meet the criteria for June, the award would get disabled from 1 Jun.
