What are the differences in permission levels?
In Docplanner Phone you can have an account as either Manager or Employee. Find out what are the main differences in these permissions.
Manager
- Has access to Statistics
- Has access to all the Settings
- Has the possibility of downloading calls
- Can view all the tasks in Pending tab
Employee (reception)
- No access to Statistics
- No access to Settings with the exception of Contacts tab
- Can listen to call recordings but not download them
- Pending tab shows calls assigned to the user and not assigned to anyone, e.g. missed calls. It doesn't show other users' tasks.
Regardless of the permissions levels users can log into workstations to answer phone calls and call patients back.
