How to use recurring campaigns

Stay in touch with your patients and make sure they won’t forget about regular check-ups.

How to activate Recurring campaigns? 

To activate and use the Recurring campaigns, you need to have Docplanner Premium.

 

  1. Go to your Docplanner agenda and click the Campaigns icon. Select Recurring campaigns.

  2. You will see the list of all campaigns. To activate a chosen campaign click on the Activate button next to its title.


  3. The pop up with the campaign details will be shown. Click Activate, so your patients start getting the messages. That’s it!

💡 Remember: You can activate as many campaigns as you need. 

 

How to check the results of recurring campaigns?

 

  1. Go to your Docplanner agenda and click the Campaigns icon. Select Recurring campaigns.


  2. You will see the list of all campaigns.Check the results of the campaign under its description.




💡 Important: The results of the campaign will be shown when the patients start receiving it.
