How to use recurring campaigns
Stay in touch with your patients and make sure they won’t forget about regular check-ups.
How to activate Recurring campaigns?
To activate and use the Recurring campaigns, you need to have Docplanner Premium.
- Go to your Docplanner agenda and click the Campaigns icon. Select Recurring campaigns.
- You will see the list of all campaigns. To activate a chosen campaign click on the Activate button next to its title.
- The pop up with the campaign details will be shown. Click Activate, so your patients start getting the messages. That’s it!
💡 Remember: You can activate as many campaigns as you need.
How to check the results of recurring campaigns?
- Go to your Docplanner agenda and click the Campaigns icon. Select Recurring campaigns.
- You will see the list of all campaigns.Check the results of the campaign under its description.
💡 Important: The results of the campaign will be shown when the patients start receiving it.
